RADAR is a machine used for detection and ranging purposes. A RADAR is used for spotting. The presence of any kind of object within its range. Technically, it uses the principle of reflection. The radar sends electromagnetic waves (EMW). Mostly to objects - flying (aeroplane, jets, rockets) and floating (ships, boats, yachts etc.). Thereby, making it aware of its presence. 1. Time-consuming: The electromagnetic waves emitted by the emitter travels fast and reaches the object. But the waves returning back to the receiver travels very slow. However, they take more time to go back to the receiver after reflection.

2. More than one target: RADAR signals are not so strong to detect multiple targets. In case there are multiple targets in the air or in the water. Moreover, the radar signals can't detect more than one target successfully. It may send abrupt and disturbing responses to the receiver.

3. The ionosphere is the limit: Among all the layers of the atmosphere. The radar signals can go only up to the ionosphere. Further going above the ionosphere is not possible. However, it can't go beyond the ionosphere. Ionosphere causes the waves to reflect back immediately.

4. Colour: Radar signals are unable to send the colour of the objects coming in its detection range. Moreover, it is quite difficult for the operating system. To identify the colour of the target via the principle of wave reflection.
