  3. Fruits aur sabziyaan – Bacche ke vikas ke liye phal aur sabziyaan bahut zaruri hai. Aap apne bacche ko khubani, angoor, kela, papita aur amrud khilaye. In phalo mein vitamin C, potassium aur fiber hota hai. Iske alawa, aap apne bacche ko kaddu, gajar, tamatar aur palak jaise sabziyaan bhi khilaye.
